OVERVIEW

Manrre is incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) as a closed-ended investment company and is an Exempt Fund, a Real Estate Investment Trust and a Property Fund pursuant to the laws and rules of the Dubai Financial Services Authority. The Fund is available only to Professional Clients (as defined by the Dubai Financial Services Authority)

The Manrre investment opportunity is built on a diversified, independently managed portfolio of institutional grade commercial assets usually available to corporate investors. Manrre’s stable, low risk strategy involves investing in income-producing industrial warehouses, logistics and commercial real estate. Primary focus in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates where opportunities match our investment criteria.

The core investment objectives are:

  • To generate a regular source of income for investors by way of annual dividends of 80% of our audited annual net income; and
  • Lock-in capital appreciation by investing only in Grade A income-producing warehouses, logistics, commercial and industrial real estate properties with a primary focus in the UAE
  • Available only to Professional Clients (as defined by the Dubai Financial Services Authority)
The fund has a minimum subscription amount of USD 50,000 and distributes dividend on a quarterly basis with a targeted annual coupon of 8%.
